President Barak Obama has refused idea of creation so-called «automobile king» - the external company which will supervise restoration of a cars industrial sector. Instead the president has suggested to create the governmental target group. Such wanderings do not promote a rise in prices for oil and yesterday it has continued to decrease. The international power agency (IEA) has declared on February, 16th that in 2010 crisis of the oil deliveries connected with restoration of global demand and influence of postponed investments can begin. Now demand is very low because of a bad situation in economy, - the chief executive of IEA Nobuo Tanaka has declared to journalists. - But when in economy growth will begin, demand will be restored and will grow, we will face crisis of deliveries if there will be no capital investments ". Tanaka has declared that, by its estimations, oil demand will grow on 1 million barrels a day, or about 1 %, in 2010 so in the countries which are not entering into the Organization of economic cooperation and development, economic growth will renew. IEA head has urged members of the Petroleum Exporting Countries Organization not aspire to fast grows the oil prices by the further reduction of deliveries as the present prices help economy.
